If you are experiencing streaming video problems – there are a few simple steps you can take.
In order to watch the streaming video smoothly – please follow the next instructions.

The first and most important step is using macromedia Flash player 8 or higher.
Downloading is simple and Free.
Note: It is recommended to restart your computer after downloading and installing the Flash player


Another step, in case you already got Flash player version 8 or higher – select the "Medium Quality" option.
It is located under the video screen, and selecting this option might solve the streaming problem immediately.

In order to watch streaming video,
You need to have the Flash Player version 8 or higher installed.
Instructions for installing Flash Player: Internet Explorer and Safari.

For good and smooth streaming video
We recommend a fast internet connection (cable/DSL)
With minimum speed of 750Kb (download).
We also recommend closing other softwares,
That are using high-bandwidth such as file sharing video chat softwares etc.
