Op-Ed: America’s intifada against IsraelFollowing the disturbing US State Department's 2016 Country Reports on Terrorism, Stephen Hughes asserts that Trump's National Security Adviser and Secretary of State harbor agendas that support radical Islam in America and are anti-Israel.
About a month ago, the US State Department released the 2016 Country Reports on Terrorism, one of the most virulent condemnations of the Israeli government. The report characterizes Palestinian Arab calls for terrorism and violence against Israel as "rare," stating: "Explicit calls for violence against Israelis, direct exhortations against Jews, and categorical denials by the Palestinian Authority (PA) of the possibility of peace with Israel are rare, and the leadership does not generally tolerate it."
More than 1,500 Israelis have been killed by Palestinian terrorists since 1993. More than 10,000 have been wounded. Is this what US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson considers rare?
The report disregards the positions of President Trump who forcefully called out PA leader Mahmoud Abbas over his terrorist incitements in a face-to-face meeting during the American president’s recent trip to Israel.
Like Hamas, Abbas is spending tens of millions of dollars of international foreign aid brazenly promoting genocidal violence against Israeli families. This hideous agenda has for decades become part of every facet of Palestinian families’ lives. Organizations like Palestinian Media Watch and the Middle East Media Research Institute have for over ten years documented daily examples of the PA and Hamas incitement campaigns.
The Tillerson report rebukes Israel for the absence of peace, declaring a “lack of hope” as a “driver” for any Arab Palestinian violence. According to this report, the lack of hope is the principal cause of all terrorism; does this not give a green-light to Palestinians for more continued acts of terrorism? And equally disturbing, does it not also endorse and justify the brutal killing of Israeli families? What stands out among Palestinian atrocities is the 2011 Itamar family massacre of five, which included the ghastly beheading their 4-month-old infant.
Furthermore, this report accused Israel of changing the status quo of the Temple Mount and accusing Israeli security forces of using unwarranted and inordinately aggressive tactics against Palestinians. The Conservative Review reported that the “anti-Israel language” had been personally added by Tillerson.
A few days after this State Department report, American- Egyptian Imam Ammar Shahin delivered a screaming sermon. A burning storm of genocidal hatred shattered across his congregation, beseeching Allah to kill every Jew in the world.
This is only one example of countless other hate filled Islamic sermons and protests that recently erupted throughout America. His rant was built around the terrorist attack in Jerusalem on the July 14 during which three heavily armed Israeli Arab terrorists attacked and murdered two police officers near the Temple Mount.
To prevent future terrorist attacks, Jerusalem authorities installed metal detectors and cameras at the entrances to the Temple Mount, which would later be removed due to Washington/international pressure.
Jerusalem Islamic Clerics, Arab Palestinian Officials were outraged about these new Israeli security precautions. They erupted into a firestorm of false poisonous allegations against Israel. They even echoed Tillerson’s State Department report; Israel is changing the status quo on the Temple Mount! This firestorm of false dogmatic propaganda became a global pandemic, spread throughout America by the helping hands of the new US Council of Muslim Organizations.
On August 10, a delegation from USCMO met with State Department officials. Representatives from the Council on American-Islamic Relations, the Islamic Circle of North America, American Muslims for Palestine, the Islamic Shura Council of Southern California and the Muslim Ummah of North America attended the meeting. At this war council against Israel, they castigated about alleged Israeli crimes against the Temple Mount and humanity and the persecution of Arab Palestinians.
Currently, Tillerson intends to increase foreign aid to the Palestinian Authority. Tillerson signed a counter-terrorism agreement with the international sponsor of terrorists Qatar. Immediately after signing the deal, Qatar reiterated its commitment to the terrorist group Hamas. Tillerson’s favoring of Qatar, Hamas, Muslim Brotherhood and USCMO is related to his close businessman relationship with the Qatari government. Tillerson as a businessman for ExxonMobil has a decades-long association with Qatar’s rulers, involving billions of dollars of liquefied natural gas revenue.
The tip of radical Islamic war with Israel comes from Washington DC and Trump's lack of a coherent and unified White House. The twin citadels of power in the White House- the Department of State and the National Security Council- are the dark harbingers supporting radical Islam in America. Their covenant and corner stone premise is the removal of Israel. The National Security Adviser is the senior aide in the Executive Office of the President, serves as the chief in-house advisor on national security issues, coordinates defense, foreign affairs, international economic policy and intelligence.
National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster constantly refers to Israel as the occupying power and insists falsely and constantly that a country named Palestine existed where Israel is located until 1948 when it was destroyed by the Jews. He has and is purging pro-Israel staff from the NSC. The Zionist Organization of America issued a lengthy analysis of McMaster’s views, which concluded he is anti-Israel and a threat to Trump’s agenda. ZOA’s concerns about McMaster stem from many issues including his firing of Trump loyalists who support Israel and oppose the Iran deal; his refusal to acknowledge that the Western Wall is in Israel: his refusal to use the term "radical Islamic terrorism."
There is a nightmare, a tempest storm, woven together with remnant pages of Mein Kampf and its author’s putrid beliefs. The storm broke from the Middle East to become a global pandemic infecting the foundation of America’s way of life. It has corrupted the moral fiber which unites the American people together; its decaying ascent is slowly eviscerating the morals, the ethics of the Democratic Republic of the United States.
