Dalia Rabin, the daughter of former Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, said at a family memorial service in Jerusalem that the incitement that led to her father's assassination still exists. 21 years after the murder, she said, there still isn't a public consensus about it, and some people are still making excuses to justify it.

Meanwhile, US intelligence sources have warned that al-Qaeda may be planning  terror attacks on Monday in three different states. According to CBS News, authorities are taking this threat seriously although its credibility has not been confirmed.

In Acre, a motorcyclist was caught on camera shooting at a house in a residential neighborhood. Police have arrested a teen suspect, who was later released. Locals said such incidents have lately become common in the area.
