IDF Rescue forces on Friday found a fourth body under the ruins of the underground parking garage that collapsed earlier this week in Tel Aviv's Ramat Hahayal neighborhood. This brings the official death toll up to four, with two people still considered missing.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and PA leader Mahmoud Abbas have agreed to meet in Moscow, the Russian Foreign Ministry has officially announced. Earlier this week it was reported that the two leaders had expressed a basic willingness to meet under Russian mediation. No actual date was announced for such a meeting to take place.


US House Speaker Paul Ryan denounced on Friday remarks made by Hillary Clinton in an exclusive interview she gave Israel's Channel 2 News. Ryan said the Democratic presidential nominee should apologize to her rival Donald Trump for insinuating that ISIS is rooting for his victory.


Political leaders from across the Western world sharply condemned on Friday what has been described as the biggest nuclear experiment ever conducted by North Korea. US President Barack Obama warned that the move might result in "serious consequences" for the isolated dictatorship. Secretary of State John Kerry also responded harshly to the nuclear test.
