Teenage boy admitted to molesting multiple childrenCharges will be filed in the coming days against a 13-year-old boy who admitted to molesting children between the ages of 2 and 7.
Earlier this month a 13-year-old teenage boy was arrested on suspicion that he sexually assaulted a five year old girl. During the investigation that took place in the Dan District with the assistance of Child Welfare officials and investigators, it was discovered that the boy molested a number of children ranging between 2 and 7 years old.
These sexual crimes follow a series of rape charges filed this past month alone throughout Israel. Last month, a foreign citizen was charged for raping a young woman in Central Jerusalem. The police stated that while checking into the suspect, he revealed his involvement in a previous rape a year ago. Further investigation into the 30-year-old man made it apparent that they were dealing with a serial rapist. The police discovered that during this man's latest crime, he started a conversation with a young woman and brought her to his apartment, where according to the suspect, he raped her. After the attack, the young woman left his apartment and reported the rape to the police.
Around this time, prosecutors filed heinous charges with the Jerusalem District courts against a Beit Shemesh resident who is accused of over 100 counts of rape and sodomy of his daughter since she was 15-years-old. According to the charges, for two and half years, the victim's father would drug her with high doses of sedatives through her food, causing her severe drowsiness and muscle relaxation. After drugging her, he would enter her room and rape her.
The investigation began once the now 23-year-old married woman reported her father to the Beit Shemesh Police, describing in full detail what he regularly did to her years before. Upon investigating, the police found in her father's home at least 15 packages of sedatives likely used during his heinous acts. The father admitted to the majority of the accusations made against him, during questioning.
