Thousands have arrived at Rabin Square in Tel Aviv for the memorial rally that will happen tonight (Saturday) in memory of the former Israeli Prime Minister. Opposition Chairman Isaac Herzog, whose party has taken responsibility of organizing the event, said Meretz party leader Zehava Gal-On will speak during the ceremony. Sources close to Herzog say he "is expected to give an especially dramatic speech that nobody expects."

Other than Herzog and Gal-On, those expected to give speeches at the rally are MK Tzipi Livni, poet Erez Biton, Major General (reserve) Noam Tivon, Rabbi Binyamin Lau and Michal Fruman who was injured in a terror attack last January. In addition to the speakers, several artists will perform including Lea Shabat, Rotem Cohen, Efrat Gosh, David Broza and Rivka Michaeli.
