According to the Israel Police, a young man from Nazareth Illit contacted the Public Inquiries Division at the Prime Minister’s Office and threatened to harm Netanyahu.

In the threat that the young man sent about a week ago, he wrote: “Here, I took out the gun and put a bullet in it. I will play a game of Russian roulette on your head, Benjamin Netanyahu. I’m the king of the underworld, I’m the king of the upper-world. I created an empire, I press buttons and manage the world. I kill using sentences, eliminating the enemies.”

Yesterday, the public inquiries division informed the Israel Police about the threat. The police officers took the threat seriously and arrested the man who sent it. The 25-year-old was taken in for questioning and will appear for a remand hearing today.
