Police arrest 3 suspected of smuggling hallucinogenic drug into Israel

Police revealed on Friday that three suspects have been arrested for trying to smuggle Iowaska, a hallucinogenic drink, into Israel from Colombia.

Police have arrested three people suspected of attempting to smuggle a hallucinogenic drug into Israel from Colombia.

The three suspects are a Colombian citizen, a US citizen and an Israeli citizen. They reportedly poured a hallucinogenic drink called Iowaska into mini-bottles of leather-cleaning liquid.

Their arrest was made possible thanks to a joint operation by the police and customs agents at Ben Gurion Airport.
