The State Attorney also referred to the Recommendations Bill, which passed the first approval stage in the Knesset. “Even in its softened version, the bill is problematic,” Nitzan stated and claimed that he doesn’t understand its purpose and how it serves the public. The controversial bill aims to prevent the publication of police indictment recommendations.
