This morning (Sunday), Israeli Education Minister Naftali Bennett commented on the reports regarding negotiations with Hamas. “We can’t free living terrorists for the bodies of our soldiers,” Bennett stated. “We must increase pressure and hurt Hamas so that it would not be worth its while to keep the bodies.”

“Abduction should be a burden rather than an asset,” he continued. “Terrorists released in the (Gilad) Shalit deal returned and murdered many Jews. Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar, who was also released in the Shalit deal, is busy planning the murder of Jews. We must stand strong despite all the pain.”
