Israeli Supreme Court will discuss complainant's appeal against Rittman

In two days, the Israeli Supreme Court will discuss the appeal of the complainant against head of Lahav 433 Roni Rittman in which she claims that he forced himself upon her. The case against Rittman was closed and he was reinstated.

On November 2015, Lahav 433 head Roni Rittman was questioned by the Internal Affairs Department after a female officer complained that Rittman forced himself upon her. The case was closed and Rittman was reinstated as the head of the unit. However, in two days, the Israeli Supreme Court will discuss the officer's appeal.

In a recording between the complainant and the senior level Internal Affairs officer, the complainant is heard saying that she had considered filing a complaint many times and that now that the case is closed, she feels that it was all for nothing.
