High temperatures remain in Israel

The national heat wave across Israel will continue on Tuesday. A slight drop in temperatures is expected in a few places but it will still be hotter than usual for the season.

It will be hotter than usual in most places across Israel on Tuesday. A drop in temperatures will be felt in a few places, mostly in the Shfela region, but the heat wave will remain in the country until the end of the week.

Today’s expected temperatures: 32 degrees C (89.6 degrees F) in Nahariya, 35 degrees C (95 degrees F) in Safed, 33 degrees C (91.4 degrees F) in Nazareth, 32 degrees C (89.6 degrees F) in Haifa, 31 degrees C (87.8 degrees F) in Tel Aviv, 36 degrees C (96.8 degrees F) in Jerusalem, 43 degrees C (109.4 degrees F) at the Dead Sea, 31 degrees C (87.8 degrees F) in Ashkelon, 39 degrees C (102.2 degrees F) in Beersheba and 44 degrees C (111.2 degrees F) in Eilat.
