Today (Monday), Israel Hayom newspaper owner Sheldon Adelson and his wife arrived at the police station in Israel to testify in the investigation against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. The investigation deals with Netanyahu’s meetings with Yedioth Ahronot publisher Noni Mozes.

Miriam Adelson is considered to be very involved in managing Israel Hayom and today was the first time that she was questioned in regard to the case. It is important to note the Adelsons aren’t suspects in the investigation. The billionaire couple’s testimonies lasted less than two hours.

Last month, Adelson claimed that he had no knowledge of Netanyahu’s meetings with Mozes. The businessman didn’t hide his anger that the Prime Minister allegedly acted behind his back.
