In light of the development in the investigation and despite claims of former Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon, Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit emphasized that Netanyahu is not a suspect in the affair.
Several weeks ago, the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee announced that it will review the police findings regarding the investigation. After the committee discusses the findings, it will hand over its recommendations to the head of the committee in charge of the submarine deal investigation, clarified Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee head Avi Dichter.
