Suspected arson attack targeting Palestinian taxi in Hawara

The Israel Police and IDF arrived last night to Hawara village near Nablus following a report that a Palestinian taxi was lit on fire. The police opened an investigation into the incident and suspect that it was an arson attack.

The Israel Police rushed to Hawara village near Nablus following a report that a Palestinian taxi was lit on fire. The IDF and Israel Police who came to the area identified that a Palestinian vehicle was on fire and that it was probably an arson attack. The police are investigating the incident and are examining whether it was a price tag attack.

Earlier over the weekend, JOL reported that around 50 settlers came to Hawara village, where they threw stones on the Palestinian residents and attacked IDF soldiers who came to the area in order to disperse the rioters.
