Tel Aviv resident who ran pre-nursery play group suspected of harming baby

The Israel Police interrogated today a resident of Tel Aviv who is in charge of a pre-nursery play group in her home due to the suspicion that she harmed a 5-month-old baby. At the same time, a report was sent to the municipal welfare authorities.

According to the police, at around 1pm, the manager of the pre-nursery play group brought the baby to Ichilov Hospital in Tel Aviv unconscious. The baby suffers from a skull fracture and is in moderate condition. “She is not in mortal danger,” the hospital stated. It is not yet clear what caused the baby’s injury.
