11 Iranians killed in IDF strike in Syria
Hezbollah leader says Syria's allies will respond 'with full force' to further Israeli attacksIn a first statement addressing last week's Iranian missile barrage on Israel and the IAF's response, Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah warned on Monday that Syria's allies will not allow for further Israeli attacks to go unanswered.
Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah on Monday warned Israel against carrying out further strikes in Syria, vowing to respond "with full force" to any attack.
Addressing for the first time last week's Iranian missile barrage on Israel, as well as the Israeli attacks that followed, Nasrallah praised Syria's aerial defense systems for intercepting Israeli missiles.
In contrast to Israeli reports, which stated that Iran had fired roughly 20 missiles toward Israel, Nasrallah claimed that no less than 55 missiles had been fired. He also said the targets hit by the Israeli Air Force had been mostly "empty positions."
Nasrallah also addressed the violence along the Israel-Gaza border, condemning "the cruel slaughter conducted by the Israeli occupation against unarmed Palestinian civilians."
