On Saturday afternoon, Hezbollah released footage of the Israeli drone that crashed in southern Lebanon early this morning. The footage shows the Israeli aircraft’s remains at the crash site. Some of the parts have Hebrew writing on them.

As reported earlier by JOL, the IDF confirmed that a military drone crashed in southern Lebanon. “A drone crashed in an open territory in southern Lebanon due to a technical failure,” the IDF spokesperson said in a statement. According to the IDF, the incident is being investigated and no sensitive information can be extracted from the unmanned aircraft.

Lebanon’s Al-Manar network, which is affiliated with Hezbollah, reported that the drone fell between the villages of Beit Yahoun and Baraachit. Arab media outlets are circulating photographs of the Israeli aircraft’s remains, which contain Hebrew writing.

According to Al-Manar, the drone entered Lebanese airspace at around 4:00 AM and was downed by four anti-aircraft missiles.
