This evening (Sunday), a 17-year-old Palestinian was arrested by Israeli Border Police officers after he attempted to enter the Cave of the Patriarchs in Hebron armed with a knife.

The suspect caught the security force’s attention when he tried to hide something behind his shirt upon arriving at a security checkpoint. After finding the knife, the officers arrested the suspect, a resident of Hebron, for further investigation.
