Again: Suspicion of hate crime in Jerusalem by extreme ‘price tag’ group

The tires of nine vehicles were slashed in the Arab town Beit Safafa in Jerusalem. In addition, extreme ‘price tag’ group graffiti was sprayed at the scene. Police opened an investigation.

During the night (Thursday), the Israel Police received a report regarding nine vehicles with slashed tires in the Arab town Beit Safafa. In addition, ‘price tag’ graffiti was sprayed in Hebrew on a wall at the scene. Police opened an investigation.

Four days ago, police forces were summoned to the French Hill neighborhood in East Jerusalem following another report of a hate crime. According to the report, a number of vehicles were sprayed with anti-Arab graffiti and their tires were slashed.

Approximately three weeks ago, a similar attack occurred in Wadi Ara.
