Watch: Palestinians throw stones at group of Israeli settlers on hike

A group of Israeli settlers who were hiking without a permit near a Palestinian village in the West Bank were attacked by stones. IDF forces rescued the settlers. No injuries were reported.

This morning (Friday), about 70 Israeli settlers went for a hike near the Palestinian village of Jibiya in the West Bank, located by the Halamish settlement. During the hike, the group entered the village and were immediately attacked by stones from local residents.

IDF forces summoned to the scene rescued the settlers. No injuries were reported. The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit stated that the settlers attempted to receive a permit for the hike but were denied.

Jibiya is located near the village of Kaubar, home to 19-year-old terrorist Omar al-Abed, who murdered 3 members of an Israeli family who were having their Shabbat dinner.
