10 Palestinian rioters between the ages of 15 and 17 were arrested after the Israel Police noticed that they were throwing rocks and Molotov cocktails from a school roof onto Al Wad HaGai Street in the Muslim Quarter of Jerusalem’s Old City. The rioters attend the school from which the stone throwing attacks occurred.

Over the past two weeks, they were allegedly involved in numerous similar events. The rioters deliberately hurled Molotov cocktails and rocks from the school roof onto Al Wad HaGai Street endangering the lives of locals, tourists and Israeli security forces who walk along the street each day.

Additionally, the director responsible for schools in the area, who also happens to be the principal of the school where the stone-throwing occurred, was brought in for interrogation and was later released to his home.
