Palestinian media reported that five Hamas terrorists were killed and many more were injured today during IDF military operations.  The IDF Spokesman’s Unit stated, “We don’t relate to foreign reports.”

During military operations last night, 30 wanted Palestinians were arrested as part of IDF and Shin Bet operations in Hebron and Ramallah designed to locate the hostages and destroy Hamas infrastructure. Since the beginning of Operation Bring Back Our Boys, 280 Palestinians have been arrested and over a thousand homes have been searched.

IDF activity last night was concentrated in the civilian sphere, especially regarding economic activities. As part of IDF operations in Jenin, the IDF identified armed Palestinians. Clashes that developed between Palestinian terrorists and the IDF resulted in the injury of two Palestinians.

Israeli security forces raided some of the homes of Bir Zeit University students, where equipment was seized and two people that were released as part of the Shalit deal were arrested again.
