A pipe bomb was thrown at an IDF force during a Palestinian riot near the settlement of Ofra, as two soldiers were mildly injured in their lower body. The IDF launched searches in order to locate the suspects in throwing the bomb.

The incident took place along Highway 60, a major route in the West Bank, near the town of Silwad north of Ramallah. The soldiers received initial medical treatment on the spot.

Last Wednesday, a Palestinian driver ran over two police officers in the neighborhood of At-Tur in East Jerusalem, near the Mount of Olives. After hitting them initially, the driver drove back in order to hit them again, at which point he was shot to death by a third police officer who was at the scene. The two injured officers were transferred to the Hadassah Medical Center with slight injuries.
