The Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades, Hamas’ armed wing, released on Wednesday three never-before-seen-pictures of Gilad Shalit from when he was being held captive in Gaza. The former Israeli soldier was released from Hamas’ captivity in October 2011.

In one of the pictures, which were released on Twitter, Shalit is seen sitting in front of a Hamas flag. In another picture, he is seen standing and wearing a hat.

In November 2017, Hamas released a video that included several clips of Shalit from when he was being held hostage in Gaza. The video clips had never been released before. The first clip shows Shalit for a few seconds with several armed Hamas terrorists. In a later clip, a terrorist is seen bringing Shalit a drink.
