Iraqi forces found more mass graves in Mosul

About 250 bodies were found by Iraqi forces in two giant holes near Mosul. "Some of the victims were thrown inside alive and some were left to die from their wounds," said the Iraqi forces senior official.

Iraqi security forces found 250 bodies in two mass graves near Mosul, Iraq today (Thursday). According to reports by CNN ISIS forces are responsible for these graves.

The graves were found near the town of Hamam al-Alil. "We believe that ISIS are used these graves in order to throw these bodies for two years," said Iraqi police chief.

"ISIS' terrorists buried explosives around the graves in order to deny family members from taking their loved ones out," added the police chief.  Another Iraqi senior official added, "Some of the victims were thrown to the graves alive and some were left there to die from their wounds."

Last week another mass grave was found where more than 100 decapitated bodies were found.
