Jerusalem terror victim, Hadas Malka, to be laid to rest tonight

The Israel Border policewoman who was murdered in last night’s terror attack will be laid to rest tonight the Ashdod cemetery. The late Hadar Malka, who pushed to serve in the Israel Border Police, fought against the terrorist up until her last moments. She left behind her parents, two brothers and three sisters.

The funeral of Staff Sgt. Major Hadas Malka, who was murdered yesterday (Friday) in the Jerusalem terror attack, will take place at 12:30 AM at the Ashdod cemetery. Throughout the day, Israeli security forces operated around Deir Abu Mash’al, which is the town where the terrorists were from.

The late Malka was a policewoman in the Israel Border Police’s Southern Region and yesterday, she was operating in Jerusalem as part of police preparations for Ramadan prayers. When the terror attack began, she and the other policemen with her moved towards the scene.

The terrorist came by surprise behind Malka’s back, stabbing her until he was neutralized by members of Malka’s staff. Hadas fought against the terrorist with determination and was evacuated in critical condition to Hadassah Mt. Scopus Medical Center, where doctors fought for her life, but were eventually required to pronounce her dead.
