Last night (Wednesday), Israel Border Police combat soldiers arrested two suspects at Tapuach Junction in the West Bank who were allegedly planning on carrying out a terror attack. The terrorists had in their possession a large amount of cash and cell phones along with IDs.

The combat soldiers noticed the suspicious vehicle as it was driving through the junction and stopped it. Upon searching the terrorists’ vehicle, the soldiers located 19,800 NIS in cash which the two most likely received in order to supplement terror attacks against Israelis and security forces. In addition, numerous cell phones were found and were probably to be used for the planning and carrying out of terrorist attacks in Israel.

“The combat soldiers’ professionalism led to catching the suspects that tried to drive through the junction and avoid arrest,” the Israel Border Police stated. The two terrorists were arrested and brought in for interrogation by security forces.
