IDF commandos and Israeli Ari Force aircraft have completed a 4-day drill in Cyprus alongside the local military. The IDF has conducted many military exercises abroad but this is the first time that the footage of such a drill is being released to the public.

Commandos from the IDF’s Egoz Reconnaissance Unit participated in the large-scale drill that was conducted in a mountainous region. The drill presented significant challenges for the Israeli forces because they are not used to such a difficult terrain. However, it was deemed a very successful exercise. In the footage of the drill, the soldiers are seen training in Cyprus for daytime and nighttime warfare within towns by using advanced technology.
