In an interview with IDF Radio this morning, Israeli Welfare Minister Haim Katz accused Government Company Manager Uri Yogev of trying to harm him by bringing his son Yair Katz to court.

“My son was arrested because they wanted to fire me,” he claimed. “I filed a police complaint against Uri Yogev, who offered a bribe to Rafi Maor (chairman of the Board of Directors at the Israel Aerospace Industries) in order to hurt me.”

Katz claimed that he did nothing wrong and has nothing to hide.
