Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was questioned for the fourth time today (Monday). Police questioned the prime minister for over four hours. The interrogation was focused on the allegations already made against him regarding the Netanyahu Gifts Affair (Case 1,000) and the Mozes-Netanyahu Affair (Case 2,000).

At this stage, it is impossible to determine whether this will be Netanyahu’s last interrogation and according to cautious assessments, it is possible that he may still be required to undergo further interrogation. Meanwhile, the Israel Police is continuing its efforts to coordinate interrogations with law enforcement officials abroad for two key witnesses- James Packer and Arnon Milchan. Police investigators are also awaiting Sheldon Adelson’s version of events with regard to Case 2,000. Adelson is the owner of the Israel Hayom newspaper.
