The Washington Post published the allegations of Kristin Anderson, who claims that she was sexually assaulted by Donald Trump at a nightclub in the 1990s. Shortly thereafter, Summer Zervos, a former Apprentice contestant, held a press conference during which she stated that she was sexually harassed by Trump.

Anderson claims that the incident occurred in the early 1990s at a nightclub in Manhattan. According to her, Trump was sitting next to her when she was talking with friends and then put his hand up her skirt. Anderson, who was in her 20s at the time, pushed him away and stood up.

Shortly after Anderson’s allegations made headlines, Zervos claimed that Trump acted inappropriately and sexually harassed her on more than one occasion. According to Zervos, one of the occasions occurred during a meeting in his office. Zervos claims that Trump kissed her twice on the lips during the meeting.

On Friday night, Trump commented on the allegations during a rally in North Carolina. “I am a victim of one of the great political smear campaigns in the history of our country,” he said. “They are coming after me to try and destroy.” He stressed that the allegations against him are baseless and called them a “concerted effort” to ruin his campaign.
