American comedian Bill Cosby arrived at a Pennsylvania courtroom today (Monday) for the first hearing in his sexual assault trial. Cosby was charged with drugging and attacking Andrea Constand, a Temple University employee, in 2004. Cosby arrived to the court house holding hands with actress Keshia Knight Pulliam, who played his daughter Rudy on the Cosby Show.

Cosby denies the allegations against him, which were first heard in 2005. In 2006, Cosby finished a civil lawsuit filed against him by Constand with a compensation deal after the court refused to take on the indictment she filed. More than 50 women accused Cosby of sexually assaulting them however, the trial will focus only on testimonies of Constand and an additional plaintiff, whose identity is still unknown.
