Georgia police are trying to locate a man and woman who were seen on camera attacking a restaurant owner and her daughter. The man is seen in the video striking the 15-year-old daughter with a powerful punch that knocked her to the ground.

The police have identified the couple as Eric and Latasha Smith. “The camera surveillance footage that we put out tells it all,” Baxley Police Chief James Godfrey told WTOC-TV. “That’s just brutality.”

Qwik Chik owner Jeanette Norris, who endured most of the punches, told the news station that she refunded the couple’s take-out meals because they complained that they were cold and that they did not receive enough fries. However, the two continued to swear and then the woman started hitting her.

When Norris’ daughter got out of the car in order to separate Latasha from her mother, Eric punched the teenager in the face. The mother was left with black eyes and a broken nose. Her daughter suffered a concussion and has bruises on her face. “Who does that to a child?” Norris said to WTOC-TV. “Who turns around and hits her like he would a grown man?”
