The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said Thursday that Iran has been complying with the terms of the 2015 nuclear agreement with world powers.

The IAEA said in a new report that its inspectors have been given full access to nuclear sites and that Iran has kept its enrichment of uranium within the limits of the deal.

Covering the second quarter of 2018, this is the first IAEA report on Iran since US President Donald Trump's decision to pull out of the deal.

In his announcement on May 8, Trump said the deal had "lifted crippling economic sanctions on Iran in exchange for very weak limits on the regime's nuclear activity, and no limits at all on its other malign behavior, including its sinister activities in Syria, Yemen and other places all around the world."
