ISIS claimed responsibility for Ohio State University attack

ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack that injured 11 people yesterday. The attacker was 18-year-old OSU student Abdul Razak Ali Artan, who was born in Somalia.

Today (Tuesday), ISIS’ news agency Amaq reported that the terrorist organization was behind the Ohio State University (OSU) attack that injured 11 people yesterday. “The attacker is a soldier of the Islamic State,” an ISIS source said.

As reported earlier by JOL, the attack happened Monday morning, when Ali Artan drove his car into a crowd of pedestrians on the OSU campus. Federal law enforcement officials stated earlier today that they suspect that the attack was an act of terror.
