Russian security services arrested today (Saturday) ten suspects linked to ISIS on suspicion of planning terror attacks in Moscow and St. Petersburg. According to the security services, the ten were arrested after Russia received intelligence from the authorities in Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.
According to the reports, the suspects planned to use automatic weapons and homemade bombs, which were to be planted in various public areas.
