Malaysian Health Minister Subramaniam Sathasivam stated that the half-brother of North Korea’s leader was attacked with a dose of poison that was so dangerous that it killed him within 15-20 minutes. Sathasivam said that the dose was so high that it affected his heart and lungs within just a few minutes. He added that even a dose of 10 milligrams of VX, the poison that was used in the attack, is lethal and that the dose that Kim Jong Nam received was much higher than 10 milligrams.

It was also announced that the terminal where Kim was attacked is safe for use after it was tested for traces of VX. Meanwhile, the woman suspected of killing Kim told police investigators that she believed that the substance she smeared on Kim’s face was baby oil and that she was taking part in a comedy show prank.
