In his first address to the Conservative Political Action Congress (CAPC) since taking office, US President Donald Trump repeated his "America First" mantra, stating that he is "not representing the globe."

"Global cooperation, dealing with other countries, getting along with other countries is good," Trump said, "but there's no such thing as a global anthem, a global currency or a global flag. This is the United States of America that I'm representing. I'm not representing the globe, I'm representing your country."

Trump also vowed to keep radical Islamists out of the country, and said he has a plan that will "totally obliterate" ISIS.

"Foreign terrorists will not be able to strike America if they can't get into America," he said.
