US President Donald Trump addressed the issue of the nuclear deal with Iran during a meeting with senior military officials Thursday night. “You'll be hearing about Iran very shortly,” he said during the meeting. “The Iranian regime supports terrorism and exports violence, bloodshed and chaos across the Middle East. That is why we must put an end to Iran's continued aggression and nuclear ambitions. They have not lived up to the spirit of their agreement."

The October 15 deadline for certifying the nuclear deal is looming and the president has yet to reveal his policies. According to estimations previously reported by JOL, he is expected to announce that Iran is not upholding its end of the agreement and will decertify the deal.
