US President Donald Trump appears to have tweeted his condolences about the wrong mass shooting.

On Tuesday night, hours after the deadly mass shooting in California, Trump tweeted, "May God be with the people of Sutherland Springs, Texas. The FBI and Law Enforcement has arrived."

Social media users slammed Trump for the mistake, accusing him of "copy-pasting" his tweet from November 5, which he had posted following the mass shooting at the First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, Texas.
