Trump warns: US military ready with plans ‘should North Korea act unwisely’

After stating that his “fire and fury” statement on North Korea “wasn’t tough enough,” US President Donald Trump warned the pariah state that if it acts unwisely, America’s military solutions are “locked and loaded.” However, he added that he hopes that North Korea’s leader decides to take a different path.

Hours after China announced that it would remain neutral only if North Korea attacks America first, US President Donald Trump issued another warning to Pyongyang: “Military solutions are now fully in place, locked and loaded, should North Korea act unwisely. Hopefully Kim Jong Un will find another path!”

As reported earlier by JOL, after Trump stated that maybe his “fire and fury” statement on North Korea “wasn't tough enough,” Beijing released a statement of its own. “If the US and South Korea attack Pyongyang and try to take down the regime, China will prevent it from happening,” a Chinese state-run newspaper said on Friday morning. The newspaper added that only if North Korea strikes first, Beijing will remain neutral.

During a press conference in New Jersey on Thursday, Trump continued to threaten North Korea. Trump said the North Korea should be “very, very nervous.” The US president added: “North Korea better get their act together or they are going to be in trouble like few nations have ever been in trouble.” However, Trump added that his country will always be open to talks with Pyongyang.

Earlier yesterday, Pyongyang officials said that North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will not be the first to fold. “It’s impossible to conduct a dialogue with such a person who is lacking all logic and understands only power,” they said in reference to America’s president.

In a statement that was published by the state-run news agency in North Korea, Pyongyang said that Trump “released a pile of nonsense when he made his ‘fire and fury’ threat” and accused the US president of being “a senile who has failed to grasp the seriousness of the continuous situation.”
