Watch: Turkish President’s security attack protesters in US, 9 injured

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s security attacked protesters in front of the Turkish Embassy in Washington. At least 9 people were injured. According to witnesses, the protesters were waving Kurdish flags.

Today (Wednesday), while Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was visiting his country’s embassy in Washington, his personal security attacked and injured at least 9 people, some of whom were critically injured. According to witnesses, the protesters were waving Kurdish PYD (Democratic Union Party) flags.

Yesterday, US President Donald Trump hosted Erdoğan in the White House, where they discussed several issues including Trump’s decision to arm the Syrian Kurds in order to help fight ISIS.
