First conversation between Trump and Netanyahu since results

Half a day after the announcement of Donald Trump’s presidential victory, he spoke on the phone with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

As initially reported by Israeli Channel 2 News, tonight (Wednesday) President-elect Donald Trump held his first conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after his victory. This is one of the first conversations Trump held with a foreign leader after the results of the victory.

As reported by JOL, Netanyahu congratulated Trump earlier today on social media: “President-elect Trump is a true friend of the State of Israel and I look forward to working with him to advance security, stability and peace in our region.”
