According to the Kuwaiti news agency Al-Jarida, Israel did not inform Russia about the attack it carried out early this morning (Wednesday) in Syria. JOL News reported earlier today that Arab media outlets stated that Israel attacked a Hezbollah weapons convoy in Lebanon as well as a Syrian military outpost near Damascus.

In addition, the Al-Jarida report quoted Syrian sources who said that no one was injured in the attack even though some news reports stated that a senior-level Hezbollah official was harmed. None of the information reported by Al-Jarida and the Arab news outlets has been confirmed by Israeli officials.
