US: Trump to visit Western Wall during Israel visit without Netanyahu

US National Security Advisor H. R. McMaster stated that during his trip to Israel next week, Trump will visit the Western Wall without Israeli leaders present – “to connect three of the world’s great religions.”

US National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster addressed US President Donald Trump’s upcoming visit to Israel today (Tuesday). He listed the different sites that the president will be visiting an emphasized that Trump will visit the Western Wall, but without any Israeli leaders present.

“He’s going to the Western Wall in connection with the theme of unifying three of the world’s great religions,” General McMaster stated. Trump will no longer be visiting Masada and will now be speaking at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem.

Yesterday, after JOL reported about the US delegation member who claimed that the Western Wall is part of the West Bank, Israel officially expressed in protest to the US government, who was quick to renounce the statement.
