Refreshing potato salad with egg and crumbled feta cheese

Straight from Tnuva USA’s kitchen, here’s a great recipe for a potato salad. Made with Tnuva’s Crumbled Sheep Feta, this will become one of your family’s new favorite recipes.

Ingredients:

3-4 cooked/steamed/baked potatoes, peeled and sliced

3-4 green onion stems, finely chopped

2 pickles, sliced

150 grams of Tnuva’s Crumbled Sheep Feta

2 hard-boiled eggs, roughly chopped

For the dressing:

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

3 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. white vinegar

Sea salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

2. Pour all of the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake thoroughly. Drizzle over the salad and mix well. Serve immediately.
