This is a delicious, tangy and cheesy quiche. Just mix all of the ingredients together, bake and serve with an Israeli salad.

1 container Tnuva’s Creamy Soft Cheese 9%

2 containers Tnuva’s Original Cheese Spread

150 grams Tnuva’s Kashkaval, grated

200 grams Tnuva’s Crumbled Sheep Feta

200 grams Tnuva Butter, melted

4 eggs

2 cups flour

10 grams baking powder

A bunch of chives

3 tbs. diced tomatoes for garnish

Salt and pepper to taste

For coating: Tnuva’s Parmesan Cheese Powder (Shaker)

1 round pan 26 cm. in diameter


1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2. Place all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and thoroughly whisk. Pour into a pan, sprinkle with parmesan cheese powder and bake for about 40 min. until golden.

3. Serve hot on a bed of Israeli salad seasoned with lemon and olive oil or with black olive spread.
