For the second time today, a young Palestinian terror suspect was arrested after approaching Border Police forces with a knife near the Cave of the Patriarchs.

For the second time today (Wednesday), the Israel Border Police arrested a young Palestinian terror suspect that was armed with a knife at the Cave of the Patriarchs.

The suspect aroused the suspicions of the security forces as he approached the location. After passing through the metal detector, the suspect took out his knife and aimed it at the guards, who were alert and automatically pointed their weapons at him until he lay down the knife. The suspect was arrested and no injuries were reported. The 20-year-old resident of ad-Dhahiriya was brought in for questioning.

Earlier today, the Border Police arrested a 17-year-old Palestinian suspect in a similar incident.
