“Tudo Bom,” the new summer hit by the Israeli pop duo Static & Ben El Tavori, has become a popular song in Brazil. The song’s title means “Everything is good” in Portuguese and the Brazilians are going crazy over the Portuguese words featured in the song’s lyrics.

As the song continues to receive praise in Brazil, the most popular newspaper in the country Folha de S.Paulo featured an article about the duo. Static & Ben El Tavori were even interviewed by a Brazilian reporter in Israel. The interview was aired during the Brazilian main evening newscast, which is watched by tens of millions of viewers.

The hype in Brazil surrounding the song began after a blogger in the country discovered it by chance and gave it a very positive review. Last week, Brazil’s Ambassador to Israel Paulo Cesar Meira de Vasconcellos even hosted Static & Ben El Tavori at the embassy. The ambassador thanked the duo for creating a song that mixes Brazilian and Israeli cultures.
